Our dishes are used fresh marine products, such as scallops,
such as scallops, salmon and abalone from the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of
Japan, and mountain products, such as regional edible wild plants.
Therefore, you can taste seasonal food.
To enjoy your meal tastily and visually,
we mainly prepare two choices for your dinner:
Irori (i.e., a type of traditional sunken hearth common in Japan) BBQ,
Kaiseki (i.e., a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner). For Irori BBQ,
you can enjoy seasonal fresh food. For Kaiseki,
you can relish chef’s special dishes.
